Wow. We made it. 100 Episodes. Actually, it's more like 215 or so, including minisodes and bonusodes. That's all because of you, the listener. YOU make this show worthwhile and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your support and enthusiasm.

In an ideal world, we would have done this episode in person, as a proper LIVE show but this will have to suffice. So here it is. Our 100th MAIN episode. Recorded live on Podbean's live thingy (so please excuse ropey sound etc), it's Andy's choice.
His chosen film? Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night 2!
The synopsis is as follows:
On Prom Night in 1957, young Mary Lou Maloney was burned alive in a horrific accident after a prank went drastically wrong.
High school principal Bill Nordham has kept his secret for thirty years, that he was the one responsible for Mary Lou's death. Nordham's son begins dating the Prom Queen of 1987, Vicki Carpenter, but when Vicki discovers some old clothes in the school's costume room, she doesn't realise that they used to belong to Mary Lou.
Before long a suspicious death forces Nordham to confront the truth - that the enraged spirit of Mary Lou has possessed Vicki Carpenter, and seeks her vengeance on the school.
Please note that this episode contains strong language, conversations of an adult nature and EXTREMELY Scottish accents.

Wow. Exactly two years to the day since we released MINISODE 0... here we are now on Minisode 100!
What a strange and bizarre ride it's been so far and we want to thank YOU, the listener, for without you, what would be the point in any of this? We also want to thank all of our guests for taking a punt on this sill show. Every. One. A. Hero. Massive thanks too to all the festivals, PR firms and distributors (particularly our pals at Arrow Video) for their support.
You're all amazing and this means the world to us both.
So that's the first 100 (or 212 if you include this one, all the other minisodes and bonusodes). Here's to the next hundred. I hope you join us.
Topics this week include Russian madness in director Kirill Sokolov's outstanding feature debut WHY DON'T YOU JUST DIE?, Mitch continues CURSED FILMS with better results and Shudder exclusive short film BLANKETYY, there's news on Smoky Thriller Fridays and Mitch continues his 90s side-quest with BODY BAGS!

ATTENTION. THIS IS EPISODE 99.
That's right. If you are in the 100% club, listening to this will mean you have listened to 211 episodes of this show and us rambling a lot of pish for over two years! All this AND a pandemic related lockdown? You lucky people.
Anyway, our guest this week is a horror writer, an occasional doer of musical things and one of the hosts of the podcast STRONG LANGUAGE & VIOLENT SCENES... (lol)
It's MITCH BAIN!
His chosen film? ZOMBEAVERS!
This nippy little slice of nonsense closed out the opening night of Frightfest 2014 and, in truth, it's a perfect film for that slot. It's a film that a boozed up Mitch responded to on the night and enjoyed on subsequent watches but what did Andy think?
A gory love letter to schlocky horror which features Sushi Girl's Cortney Palm and appearances by Bill Burr and John Mayer (yes, that John Mayer), Zombeavers doesn't outstay its welcome. What are your thoughts?
Zombeavers is currently rentable on Prime Video and there's a recently Music Magpie'd copy of Andy's out in the world.
The synopsis is as follows:
A group of college kids staying at a riverside cabin are menaced by a swarm of deadly zombie beavers. A weekend of sex and debauchery soon turns gruesome as the beavers close in on the kids.
The kids are soon fighting for their lives in a desperate attempt to fend of the pack of relentless, bloodthirsty, and mutated beavers.
Please note that this episode contains strong language, conversations of an adult nature and EXTREMELY Scottish accents.

How we doing? All hanging in there? Lockdown continues, for us in the UK anyway, and we continue to bring you episodes, somehow, HEROICALLY! This week... Minisode 99!
Can we take a minute to look at that? Ninety-nine. Ninety-nine minisodes, over 200 recordings. Unreal. Thanks to everyone for listening, staying engaged and being hilarious. It makes it all worthwhile. We have something interesting lined up for Minisode 100.
Topics this week include grisly Netflix class commentary THE PLATFORM, godawful and rage inducing horror-lite effort THE TURNING, Andy and Mitch discuss the next film in Smoky Thriller Fridays, FANATIC, and Mitch checks out Shudder's limited docu-series CURSED FILMS! PLUS, Mitch continues his 90s side-quest with STIR OF ECHOES!
Also, there's another installment of MITCH'S PITCHES!
Due to his well documented ignorance towards films, Mitch is shown a film poster with all titles, taglines etc removed and tasked with attempting to decipher the plot. Will it go well? The poster image can be seen below...
